Dear participant, in order to apply to the industrial trade fair, choose the place in the Exhibition Plan and check its availability by calling to the Exhibition Administrators. Use Contact information page to find the necessary phone numbers.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print all documents; you may obtain the software here.

Check the price in Prices page, carefully read the regulations of the Contract and fill Application form. Print the Application form and send it by fax.

Appendix to the Contract No.1 can be found in the Additional equipment page, and there you will find all necessary accessories for equipping your stand. If you are not able to find things you need, do not hesitate to call Administration who will help you.

Appendix to the Contract No.2 is located in the Apply information for magazine page, and there you will find application form for submitting information about your company to be included in the catalogue. Do not hesitate to call Marketing and PR department who will try to help you if you meet with difficulties during the completion of application form.

In the Services page, in its turn, you will obtain information about the possibilities to order a special design of your stand, pass permits, invitations, and information about many other useful issues.

Please note that we receive applications from new participants every day and do the most to provide everybody all requested. Unfortunately, our resources are limited, therefore we advise you to apply before the end of March, 2012.
