Domestic demand during at least the coming years will be not a driving force of development leastwise due to large aggregated debt amount, and the only way for payment of debts and raising of prosperity is provision of competitive and earning production and services – such as would be possible to sell in export markets for price as high as possible. In other words, structural changes of national economy shall be achieved with aim to increase long-term development potential of economy.
